Prints and Greetings Cards

If for any reason you are not totally happy with your order of a fine art print or greetings cards, you can request a refund or exchange within 14 working days from the date the goods were delivered. Please return to Sophie within 14 days of your request of a refund and within 28 days of your receipt of the goods, to receive a full refund inclusive of the original postage costs, or to exchange for another product.  Prints and cards must be unused, unhung and in their original packaging. If the product you are exchanging for is more expensive, Sophie will contact you for payment. Otherwise a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of the product returned.

Commissions and bespoke work

Commissions and goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order are non-refundable, unless faulty or not as described.  

 

How to return your goods

Please email Sophie at sophie@sophiewbart.com to let her know that you would like to return an item and the reasons for this return including photographs if necessary.  Please let her know if you are looking for a refund or exchange. Sophie usually responds within an hour or two, and will inform you of how to continue including her address to return the item.

The customer is responsible and liable for the return postage costs and we recommend that you get proof of postage from the Post Office and insurance as we cannot accept liability and/or responsibility for an item lost or damaged in transit to us during the return. Sophie will refund return postage charges if after inspection the goods are confirmed as damaged or faulty.

 

Sophie asks for a £50 deposit before commencing commissioned work. Once the portrait has begun she cannot accept cancellations but please contact her if you have any problems with your order.​​​​​
